Moonstone is a dry white that is produced from at least 75% Chardonnay grapes grown primarily in Pennsylvania. The wine is aged in large barrel containers; as a result, Moonstone is a mellow wine that retains the flavor of the Chardonnay fruit balanced with a hint of oakiness on the finish.

Irresistible is an off-dry wine produced from Pennsylvania grown Riesling grapes. The wine has fresh fruit aromas and flavors of summer apples and ripe pears with a hint of sweetness on the finish. It is a wine that is ready now to be enjoyed with light dishes, white sauces or spicy foods.

Velvet Ruby is a soft, easy-to-drink, approachable wine. It is a blend of premium red wine grapes grown primarily (at least 75%) in Pennsylvania. Light red in color, the wine is supple, velvety and smooth, with an aroma of cherries, plums and a hint of raspberries. Its fruity flavors match well with hamburgers, pasta or pizza.

Alleluia is produced primarily (at least 75%) from Chambourcin grapes. After fermentation, Chambourcin wine benefits from oak aging. The flavors from the grapes marry with the oak to create a rich and balanced wine.  It has cherry and spicy aromas and flavors. At times we may blend small amounts of other varietals to enhance the character and style of this wine.

American Beauty, made primarily from Cabernet Franc grapes, is a food-friendly wine that has benefited from oak aging after fermentation.
